Lazy or You Can't Move:

You are lazy or you don't move your body enough all day. You don't like to be busy or move your body because of your busyness with your business or office work. If you are so much busy with your jobs, office and tired with your desk then if possible go for a few minutes break. Mr. Nakib Mahmud says if you can't able to walk for 20 minutes at least walk for 10 minutes.

Drinking Huge Amount of Sugar:

Dr. Rahmatullah advised us not to go with sugary foods. Sugar is also known as the father of many dangerous diseases. Regular research already has shown us the bad effect of sugary beverages. Because sugary foods and beverages contain a huge amount of fattening elements when we take these types of food or beverages. Some people say that coca-cola is healthier beverages and this is most favorite drinks.  But the truth is it's also sugary drinks which are also fully loaded with sugar. He added even you are eating high-quality fruit juice but these are also problematic.

Don’t Ever Feel Appal:

When you are starting a new journey for losing weight there is on thing work so well and that is doubt and appal. If you are felling appal about losing your weight then it's not the right choices for you. Doubts and fear both can limit you from accomplishing your goal. Dr. Rahmatullah says that you need to be strong and active with your right approach there shouldn't be any space for appal.

Keep Eyes on Journey Not Results:

You are on the way of losing your weight and you are doing everything to achieve your success. Besides if you are thinking all the time the about your goal when i will achieve my goal, when i will lose my weight, Why i am going with so late. Dr. Nakib says that it will create the worst effect on your journey. Stop thinking about your goal and the best thing is to move your mind into other thing and focus on making the right decisions what you need to do to gain your success. Weight will take care of itself if you will be sticky with your continuous doing everything on the right track.
